Step-1Knead the soya flour with all carom and kalongi seeds.. add kasoori methi salt and 4 g ghee..
Step-2Divide in 7-8 portions.
Step-3For stuffing cut onion add sattu salt all spices, ginger garlic chillies and lemon juice.
Step-4Take one portion of soya dough spread on ur palm and stuffed the onion sattu stuffing and make a small ball.. Do this for the rest of the dough.
Step-5Heat appan pan and greese it with one g ghee and on low flame cook all the kachoris for 10 mins by turning around in every 2-3 mins... till it is golden brown from all side.
