Ingredients

  • listcheckGhee
  • listcheckCheese
  • listcheckCapsicum
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckStevia
  • listcheckTomato pizza sauce made at home
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all the dry ingredients together and mix it nicely... Now slowly add little water mix it... Then add ghee and water and make a dough... Knead the dough for 5 to 6mins and cover the bowl with aluminum foil at least for 2 to 3hrs...
  • Step-2
    Divide into two equal parts and roll pizza base . On one put pizza sauce then add cheese cover it with another pizza base repeat with pizza sauce and cheese top up with capsicum... Bake it in over or air fryer...
