Ingredients Moong dal 1/4 cup Oats 3/4 cup medium size onion 1 Carrot 1 Curd 1 tbs Garam masala, Chilli powder and Salt as per taste Coriander leaves Ginger garlic paste And 2 tea spoon of ghee Pressure cooker Dal and mash it into paste. Grind oats coarsely .. Chopp onion and Grate the carrot.. Now mix all together along with masala and ginger garlic paste and coriander and make small tikkis and shallow fry them on non stick pan.. you can even air fry them if you want..
