  • listcheckTomato (100gms ) , onion (100gms ) , soya chunks (35gms ) , chic peas (35gms ) rice (95gms )

  • Step-1
    In a pan sauté tomato and onion with little ginger and garlic paste , add salt , black pepper and turmeric powder and than add boiled chic peas and soya chunks cook them for two-three mins and than add the rice
