A simple meal while staying on track. Dal Chawal, subji aur andey!!! Toor dal and lauki cooked together and tempered with ghee Green/French beans sautéed in ghee and flavored with dry coconut powder 2 eggs fried in coconut oil. Most of my Protein will be tonight for dinner after my workout in the evening. Meal prep - veggies were washed and cut and weighed night before. Stored in fridge.
