Ingredients

  • listcheckDefatted Soya flour: 50 gm
  • listcheckBlanched Spinach ( or green veggies) 100 gm
  • listcheckMinced Garlic Pod: 1 large
  • listcheckRed/Green chillies : 3/4 number's
  • listcheckGhee 5 gm (as per Macros)
  • listcheckSalt+Pepper+ Chilli flakes+1/2 lemon juice
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a pan dry roast flour for 2-3 minutes
  • Step-2
    Add water and keep stirrings
  • Step-3
    Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Step-4
    Now add Blanched Spinach
  • Step-5
    Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and keep cooking to upma consistency
  • Step-6
    Add lemon juice and take it off the burner
  • Step-7
    In a separate pan prepare a tadka: Add ghee, jeera and, garlic, green chilli cook for 30 second (until garlic turn golden brown)
  • Step-8
    Add the tadka in the top of the upma

    Serve hot
