Ingredients: Paneer (100 grams - grated), Coconut oil (5 grams), Onion (20 grams - finely chopped), Tomato (20 grams - finely chopped), Dry spices (of choice), Salt (to taste), Coriander leaves (for garnish), cumin seeds (small amount). Recipe: Start with oil, add jeera (cumin seeds), Sauté onion until light brown, add spices and salt, leave it for about 30 mins, add tomato, mix well, cover with lid and let it cook for about 2-3 mins, add paneer and mix well, cover with lid for 5 mins more. Garnish with coriander. Done.
