A cheese slice with 2 egg with some veggies turned into a delicious CheeseOmelette cooked in 4gms of Oil with a toasted slice of Brown Bread with some green beans and a Cup of green tea. Thanks to Jiggyasa Gupta for guiding me into a healthy lifestyle.

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Season the beaten eggs well with salt and pepper. Add pieces of onions and green beans with chilli into it. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Pour the eggs into the pan, tilt the pan ever so slightly from one side to another to allow the eggs to swirl and cover the surface of the pan completely. Let the mixture cook for about 20 seconds then add the cheese slice and wrap the omelette. Delicious CheeseOmelette is ready :) In the same pan toast the bread slice and beans till it get slightly brown and have it with Cup of green tea :)
