Very macro-friendly Hawaiian/Japanese dish. Fresh and delicious, must try for any sushi and fish lover. One of my treats during contest prep!

Ingredients

  • listcheckSushi grade Tuna/Salmon (Raw) 100 g
  • listcheckShortgrain/Japanese rice (Uncooked) 60 g
  • listcheckHalf Avocado
  • listcheckRed onion
  • listcheckSpring onion
  • listcheckSprouts
  • listcheckSesame seeds
  • listcheckSiracha sauce
  • listcheckJapanese soy sauce
  • listcheckWasabi
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Cut the fish into cubes and add 2 table spoons of the both sauces. Let refrigerate for an hour.
  • Step-2
    Cook the rice and add that to a bowl.
  • Step-3
    Add the fish on top and garnish with the resting ingredients.
