How to make & Banana Malpua with Rabri

Step-1

For banana malpua Blend banana in mixer it should be more towards liquid then add rice powder and mix well add milk and little stevia as required it should be good consistency... Now In non stick pan corner and cook in medium heat..

Step-2

Make syrup same as sugar syrup but instead of sugar use stevia...

Step-3

Now for Rabri mix 10g rice with water and Keep aside... Now boil milk add bay leaf elichi and kesar... let milk reduce... Then add that rice mixture into the milk and cook for sometime and the add stevia... Let it cool then put in fridge...

Step-4

Drizzle the stevia syrup on banana malpua and garnish with kesar and serve with Rabri
