Ingredients

  • listcheckPanner 100 gm
  • listcheckCumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder ,amchur powder powder, salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste - 2tsp each
  • listcheckGhee and butter- 5 gm each
  • listcheckLemon juice - 2tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all the masalas with ghee and add some lemon juice
  • Step-2
    Add Panner Cubes and marinate it for 15 minutes
  • Step-3
    Heat the pan, add butter and fry until it turns bit brown colour
