Mango is the king of fruits in summer season . Everyone wants to fit this fruit in their macros. Here is a simple recipe to enjoy the fruit anytime of the day

Ingredients

  • listcheckMango - 100 gms
  • listcheckMilk - 150 ml
  • listcheckAlmonds - 10 pc
  • listcheckWhey Protien Vanila or Raw - 1 scoop
  • listcheckChia Seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Cut a mango (variety of your choice ) in small pieces. Put the cut pieces in a mixer with milk and add a scoop of whey protien . Mix for 15-20 secs depending on the consistency you want. Try to leave to with some mango chunks. Once done transfer the drink in a glass mix chia seeds and stir with a spoon . Refrigerate for 15 mins and then garnish with almonds.
