Lean chicken breast 200gm minced, added with 1-1.5 scoop roasted and grinded Chana (for binding), salt & pepper, green chilli, coriander/mint, crushed ginger&garlic, drops of oil/spray. Mix everything and make balls than add them slowly into boiling water (water must be boiling) cover and cook it on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove them from water and keep aside & save that water for gravy. In a pan with few drops of oil/ghee sauté paste of onion, tomato, little ginger and garlic, add spice of your choice with salt and turmeric like garam masala dhaniya powder cinnamon etc. Sauté it for a minute or two and add that leftover water and let it come to boil (if water is extra just boil it on full flame for 4-5 minutes instead of throwing). Add the chicken meatballs at the end, cover it and simmer it for 2-4 minutes. Garnish with coriander and enjoy .
