Ingredients

  • listcheckGrated Cabbage 100gm
  • listcheckGrated Cauliflower 50 gm
  • listcheckFinely Chopped Capsicum 25gm
  • listcheckGrated Ginger
  • listcheckChopped Coriander
  • listcheckCrumbled Panner 100gm
  • listcheckRed Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt
  • listcheckPowdered Oats/Bhuna Besan ( add in small quantities just sufficient for binding) Macros will depend on quantity used)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all together. Coat a Seekh Or edible spoon and refrigerate for some time.
  • Step-2
    Bake at 180 degree for around 20- 25 minutes
  • Step-3
    Important to remember while adding oats/besan only bare minimum else the kebabs tend to get dry
