paneer colada curry
Ingredients: paneer (60 grams) raw fresh coconut grated (50 grams) coconut oil (5 grams) onion (20 grams) tomato (20 grams) GG paste (small portion) dry spices (of choice) salt (to taste) Recipe: in a pan start with oil, GG paste, Onion, tomato, spices, salt. Add coconut and cover it with lid. Let it cook for 10 mins. Then add paneer, give it a nice mix. Let it cook for 2 mins with closed lid. Done.
