Soya masala Ingredients: Soya chunks (50 grams) Coconut oil (5 grams) Onion (10 grams) Tomato (10 grams) GG paste (1/2 tea spoon) Spices of choice and salt to taste. Recipe: Boil all soya chunks. Once cooked, Squeeze the water and keep aside. Take a kadai and start with oil, GG paste (saute till changes colour), onion (until brown), tomato (until tender), dry spices. Let the spices be there for 30 seconds and then add 50 ml water. Give it a nice mix. Lastly add soya chunks, mix it well and cover with lid for 5 mins. Done.
