Step-1Apply coriander Mint chutney and butter on first slice. Apply only butter on the other.
Step-2Top the first slice with cheese and then cucumber and tomato slices. Sprinkle it with some salt, pepper, kala namak, Chaat masala.
Step-3Mix cabbage, capsicum and mayonnaise. Spread this matter on top of the sandwich.
Step-4Add another cheese slice and bread.
Step-5Grill sandwich by applying butter on both the outer sides.
