Paneer Tofu Poha
Ingredients: 50gm Poha, 100gm Paneer, 100g Tofu, 1 onion, 1 Tomato, Cumin, Turmeric, Salt, Desi Ghee. Take 1/2 tsp desi ghee/olive oil. Semi Roast paneer & tofu pieces. Keep them aside. Make regular poha with onion & tomatoes. In last 2-3 mins, add roasted Paneer & Tofu. Mix well. Cover lid for 2-3 mins on low flame. Turn off gas. Healthy recipe is Ready to eat. Good meal for Lean mass gain or bulking!!!
