Step-1dry chicken breast using kitchen towel and make deep cuts on the same.. crush garlic with salt and marinate the chicken breast with the marinate.
let it rest for 30 min.
heat a non-stick pan and put 5 GM butter when hot, add the marinated breast to the pan and ensure to put the left over marinate in the pan.
roast on both side till they are grilled. once they are nearly done, sprinkle tobasco, pepper and salt.. once the chicken is done add 3 gm butter to give it the glaze and buttery taste.
for Saute spinach, blanch spinach and just saute the same in 2 gm butter in same pan in which you made the grilled chicken.
for eating roll chicken breast pieces in salad leaf and enjoy.
