How to make & Egg Dhokla
Recipe shared by Harikaj Surapaneni in YummyR few months ago. Egg 6 Butter 15 gram one small onion, salt, chilli powder, garam masala. Beat egg well with salt n chilli powder, pour the mixture in to butter greased bowl. pour some water in rice cooker n place this egg mixture bowl n let it cook on steam for 15 mins. let it cool down n then cut it to cubes. saute them with onion, ginget, garlic paste and little bit of garam masala, chat masala or any spices of ur taste.
