WEEKEND breakfast be like...... Ingredients: 4 hard boiled eggs, One avocado, some thick yoghurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder 1. Cut the hard boiled eggs exactly into two. remove the egg yolk and collect all the yolks in a separate bowl. 2. Smash the yolks with a fork. Add half an Avocado to this mixture and smash it further. Do your wrist workout thoroughly ;) 3. Top it up with one to two spoons of thick yoghurt to make it a bit creamy. 4. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder and beat the mixture into a paste 5.
