Quick and yumilicious meal for your work-lunch !! ingredients: Paneer-150gms rice - 50gms (uncooked) broccoli, beans, Paprika - around 150gms. ( i love greens) spring onions chopped - for the taste and moreover for the nice texture for the picture ;) sliced garlic, ginger Salt, Pepper dark Soya sauce Chinese vinegar fish sauce 1. Heat some (3gm) olive oil in a pan and roughly toss the paneer cubes until they become light golden brown. Remove them in a plate. 2. add another around 5gm olive oil in the same pan. Toss in garlic and ginger. once the raw smell of garlic is gone, add all the sauces mentioned above one by one ( Soya, vinegar, fish sauce) 3. once the sauce bubbles, add the greens. at this time throw in a pinch of salt and pepper. 4. I LIKE GREENS TO REMAIN CRISP. hence just let them in the pan for not more than two to three minutes. Add lastly the sliced red paprika. 5. Toss all the mixture like a pro so that the soya sauce gets wrapped around the veggies. Add now the cooked rice. ( To keep rice non-sticky it helps to keep the cooked rice in deep freezer for good 10-15 minutes) 6. Toss the good looking Peking rice with spring onions. Enjoy your quick workday lunch/dinner ;)
