Grilled Paneer Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients 2 medium size white bread 1 n half cheese slice (add 2 if that fits in ur macros) 100 gms paneer 5 gms chilli sauce 5 gms butter 5 gms cabbage - Saute grated paneer in some butter (and use the remaining butter to grill the sandwich). Mix chopped cabbage. - Take a bread, apply chilli sauce, put 1 slice of cheese on it , spread paneer cabbage mixture on top, add salt, black pepper and cover it with the remaining cheese slice (divide in 4 equal parts and place evenly since it is half slice). Put second bread on top and press the sandwich gently. - Grill well on both the sides using butter.
