Colourful and yummy Onion-50g Bell peppers(red,yellow,green)-70g Broccoli-70g Peas-20g Maggi masala sachet-1 Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon Quinoa-30g Rinse well and soak quinoa in double the amount of water for atleast 30min. Heat 5g ghee/any oil in a pressure cooker. Add the cumin seeds and wait for them to splutter. Now add onion and sauté till golden brown. Add all the cut vegetables (broccoli,bell peppers,peas) to the cooker. Put Maggi masala and 1/2 a teaspoon salt. Add the soaked quinoa along with the water. Pressure cook as rice pulao upto 2-3 whistles. Enjoy the yummy quinoa pulao.
