Ingredients: Whole Eggs - 2 Cabbage - 50 gm Butter - 10 gm Schezwan Sauce - 1 Tsp Salt to taste Spring Onion - For garnishing Method: 1. Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped cabbage 2. Saute till it is slightly cooked and add the schezwan sauce. Transfer to a bowl 3. Add 2 beaten eggs to the pan and cook an omelette 4. When almost cooked, add cabbage on top 5. Roll the omelette and cook it from both sides. 6. Transfer to a plate and chop it up. Add some spring onions for garnishing and enjoy! Credits - Merina Sabu
