Ingredients: Paneer: 100 gm 4 to 5 Garlic 2 green chillies Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon ghee Salt as per taste Method - 1. Cut paneer in sheets and Marinate with turmeric powder and salt for 15-30 mins. 2. Chop 4-5 cloves of garlic and 2 medium sized chillies. 3. On Non-stick pan, heat 1 teaspoon of ghee. 4. Put garlic and chilli and cook them till completely brown (burnt) 5. Spread them across the pan. 6. Put paneer sheets on the garlic/chilli and press them so that the chilli and garlic get stuck with paneer. 7. Cook both side similarly. Credit: Prince Pancholi
