Chicken Salad 1.10ml oil. 2. 200gm chicken breast cut into small cubes. 3. Salt and pepper as per taste. 4. 100gm Yogurt. 5. 100gm chopped red onion. 6. Some coriander leaves. Marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper as per taste. Let rest for a few minutes. Heat 10ml oil in a nonstick pan n add chicken pieces. Shallow fry until tender and slightly golden brown. Take 100gm yogurt, add a pinch of salt, chopped onion, some finely chopped coriander leaves and the shallow fried chicken pieces. Mix well and serve as a snack or or as a side or as a meal in itself. Can also be rolled in cabbage or lettuce leaves for the crunch and fiber.
