Ingredients- Milk: 100 gm Fresh Cream:25 gm Mango: 200 gm 1 Scoop Mango Whey Pinch of Cardamom powder Rice: 20 gm Almonds: 1-2 (sliced, for garnishing / optional) Method: Make mango pulp out of 100 g mango and the remaining, cut in small cubes. Boil rice, drain water and allow it to cool. Mix milk, cream, whey, Cardamom powder, mango pulp and allow it to chill. Gently fold in the boiled rice and chopped mango cubes. Garnish with some mango and sliced almonds. You can alter the quantities as per your macros. Credit: Neha Divekar
