Semolina (Rawa) balls ingredients: 100 gm roasted semolina boiled spinach puree turmeric salt For tempering: crushed coriander seeds cumin seeds (jeera) turmeric 1 tbsp mustard oil chopped onion amchoor powder mined garlic For garnishing: grated low fat paneer (homemade) chopped coriander leaves/green scallions Method: In a pan add roasted semolina and 3-4 cups water with salt as per the taste and cook when all the water is absorbed. Take out the half of it in a bowl. Then add spinach puree to remaining batter. Cook it well and rest both batter for a while. Knead both the semolina doughs separately. Make small balls and steam them for 10mins. For tempering, heat mustard oil in a pan add crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, slit chillies, salt to taste, amchoor. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook it on a low flame. Add li'l honey and lemon for some sweet and tangy taste. Finally add the steamed semolina balls and cook for 5mins. Garnish with grated cheese/paneer and coriander leaves/green scallions. Serve hot 😍
