Ingredients - Oats: 65 grams Whey protein: 60 grams/ 2 Scoops (vanilla flavour if possible) Peanut Butter: 25 grams Honey: 20 grams Salt: ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract: ½ tsp Milk (to adjust consistency) . Methods: Roast the oats until golden brown. Grind it to make a powder (sieving the powder or not is a personal choice). Melt peanut butter and honey in the microwave.
