Ingredients: Quaker Oats 20 g, powdered Whey Protein(chocolate flavor) 10g White Butter 8g, melted (you can also take peanut butter to make it even more healthy) 70% Dark Chocolate(no sugar) with Stevia 10 gm Baking Soda a small pinch Baking Powder a small pinch Milk (or soy milk) 80 ml Stevia 1 0r 2 drops or as per taste Coffee Decoction 0.5 Tsp Vanilla Essence 2 drops Walnuts, chopped (optional) Method: 1) Sieve together whey, oats, baking soda and baking powder. 2) Take melted butter in a bowl and mix in all the dry ingredients. 3) Add milk, coffee decoction and vanilla essence and mix slowly by cut and fold method. Add stevia and mix again. 4) Take a silicone cupcake mould. Fill the cup with batter only to half. 5) Keep a chocolate square in the centre and cover it with the remaining batter. 6) Pre-heat the oven to 210-degree centigrade for ten minutes. Keep the cup in the centre of OTG/microwave and bake at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Baking time may vary for different brands. 7) Take out the cupcake and allow it to cool for a minute.
