Ingredients: Whey 1 scoop Chia seeds 1.5 tbsp Coffee powder Oats Water Method: - Take 1.5 tbsp approx. 14 GM of chia seeds and add 2.5 tbsp of water and allow the chia seeds to soak and swell in water it will have egg-like consistency. - Take 1 scoop of whey (can use plant source protein to make it vegan) add 20 GM's of oats 1 teaspoon of coffee powder and mix with a spoon add the soaked chia seeds and add little more water to make it proper consistency so that it flows slowly from the spoon. - Brush a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil and spread the batter evenly with the help of a spoon. cook for 2 mins on slow flame carefully flip and allow to cook on the other side - Your tasty pancakes are ready Credit: Jharna Kotwani
