Palak Paneer Baati
50 gm wheat flour 50 gm spinach 50 gm Paneer Salt to taste A pinch of ajwain. Ghee -7 ml. Mix wheat flour, spinach, salt& again. Make a dough( not too tight nor too soft). Make balls from dough. Press a ball & put paneer as filling. Make a ball again. Bake it for 25-30 min at 180°C. Dip it in ghee & serve hot.
