whey 1 scoop chia seeds 1.5 tbsp coffee powder oats water take 1.5 tbsp approx 14 GM of chia seeds and add 2.5 tbsp of water and allow the chia seeds to soak and swell in water. it will have egg like consistency. take 1 scoop of whey (can use plant source protein to make it vegan) add 20 GM's of oats 1 teaspoon of coffee powder and mix with a spoon. add the soaked chia seeds and add little more water to make it proper consistency so that it flows slowly from the spoon. brush a non stick pan with a small AMT of oil and spread the batter evenly with the help of a spoon. cook for 2 mins on slow flame. carefully flip and allow to cook on the other side. your tasty pancakes are ready. ps quantity can be adjusted as per your macros
