one pot chicken rice meal
My saviour on hectic multitasking days...total one pot meal completing both lunch and dinner macros. I divide it half for lunch and half for dinner Rice 100 gm Chicken 200 gm Vegetables like broccoli, spring onion and other greens whatever I find in my fridge Method 1. Heat butter and add minced garlic followed by chopped onion, spring onions and loads of green chillies. 2. Add chicken pieces which was marinated with ginger garlic paste. 3. Stir and chop other greens like beans, capsicum, broccoli and add them to the pan and stir. 4. You can add turmeric, salt, Pepper, cumin coriander powder etc. 5. Add cooked rice and have it hot. Enjoy your work life and food!
