One pot Diet Biryani !!!
Ingredients: Rice: 60 gm Onion: 50 gm Broccoli: 50 gm Louki (Bottle Gourd): 100 gm Soya: 25 gm (Soaked) Paneer: 100 gm Method: First, put the desired ghee in the pressure pan ... put cumin seeds, Sauté Onions and then add all the above ingredients except for paneer ... add 200 ml water, add salt and seasonings and close the lid and let the pan whistle twice !! When u open the pan ... add garam masala and paneer and close the lid for half an hour so that the paneer can pick up the seasoning taste !!! Your one pot veggie biryani is ready !!!
