100 gms paneer 2 tsp ghee 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp cream 1tsp dried methi leaves 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder salt as per taste Cut paneer in small cubes. Take a pan & add 2 tbsp oil or ghee. Add ginger garlic paste. Add finely chopped onion & cook it till golden brown. Add diced or chopped tomatoes. Add salt & dry spices. Cook till ghee leaves sides. Add water (as much required) & paneer, dried methi leaves & coriander leaves. Add cream. Cook for 5 mins on slow & enjoy.
