Weekend Blues : Cravings Makes 10-12 pieces 50 gms oats flour 50 gms rice flour 6 tsp erythritol 1 pinch of orange food color 1 pinch salt 2 tsp ghee 3-4 cups water approx. circular nozzle pipping bag Take a bowl & seiver. Seive Oats & Rice flour, salt, color. add 1 tsp ghee & water as required. Add water slowly by keeping a check on consistency. Blend into a smooth paste. Set aside for 15-20 mins. If mixture dries, little water can be added for consistency to be neutral enough (neither too hard nor too solid). Take a baking try & grease. I used a square cake mould. Fill nozzle bag & create rounds. Apply little ghee on top & bake in air fryer for 7 mins @ 160 degrees. Then for 3 mins on 180 degrees. Make syrup using 2 cups water & erythritol. Syrup should be sticky enough to glue your fingers. Dip & soak baked jalebis for few secs. Serve piping hot 🤗
