You would need: 120 gm Refined wheat flour(Maida) 100 gm curd 15 gm Ghee Club soda Pinch of Salt Method: Knead the dough using Maida , curd, bit of salt and Soda. use soda to adjust the consistency of the dough. let it rest for 3-4 hrs atleast. Heat Ghee on Tawa , meanwhile. Make 6 equal balls out of dough and I rolled them flat using hands and ample water so that it doesn't stick.( you would need some skill here 😃) Once flat, Put it on tawa and cook.
