Ingredients Oats - 30 gm Paneer - 80 gm Rice - 30 gm Onions - 25 gm Cabbage - 50 gm Capsicum - 30 gm Ghee - 10 ml Schezwan chutney- 2 tablespoon Recipe - Boil the rice and strain them. Keep them aside. - Grind the oats in a blender. - In a pan add ghee and then add the powdered oats. Keep it stirring for 3-4 minutes. Now, add paneer cubes to the oats. Stir it until the paneer cubes are golden. Add the veggies. Cover the mixture with a lid. Keep giving it an occasional stir for about 5 minutes. Once, the veggies are done, add rice. - Add a pinch of salt to the entire mixture and stir it. Cover the lid and let the food cook for another 2-3 minutes.
