When u love desserts, you always find a way to make them fit your diet😍😍 #proteintiramisu! Next time I'll try to post a prettier picture if I can resist taking a bite 🍫🍩🍪 Recipe : Ingredients : 4 Wasa Rye bread Crackers ( can choose oat or rice crackers) 250 grams of 0% fat quark cheese/ greek yoghurt Unsweetened Cacao Powder Chocolate/coffee flavourdrops by myprotein Black Coffee Procedure : 1. Soak crispy rye bread in black coffee for 20 seconds, don't leave for too long as it will get soggy 2. Layer with greek yoghurt mixed with flavourdrops and (can add vanilla essence and sweetener if u don't have flavourdrops) 3. pour a mix of cacao powder, water and chocolate flavourdrops Freeze for 2-3 hours and ENJOY!!!! Macros : 35 calories per rye bread = 35 x 4 = 140 170 calories for 250g of quark/greek yoghurt 20 calories for 1 tb spoon of cacao Total = 330 calories p - 40 c - 35 f - 3
