Chicken curry, Scrambled egg and Rice!! #dinnerdone So my dinner today had all the three items, and this way I complete my macros. For chicken curry, take 15gms ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped tomato, let it cook till it leaves oil, add salt, black pepper, turmeric and red chilly powder, add chopped 200gms chicken breast, add water, cover lid and let it cook for 20 mins, add garam masala at the end. I used two eggs to make scrambled egg and 30gms boiled rice to complete my carbs need, after all carbs are important too!
