Soya Egg Fried Rice
Boil 40gms soya chunks and keep aside. In a pan, add 15gms ghee, chopped onion, green chilly, then chopped tomato. Add two eggs and all the masalas, once it become bhurji, add soya and 30gms boiled rice. Added 3 mint leaves for added flavour. Serve it with coriander chutney.
