Cauliflower Pulao with Paneer , Soya and Veggies Ingredients: Cauliflower 200gms Paneer 100gms or Tofu Soya 50gms Capsicum Tomato lemon 1. Grind Cauliflower (Ofcourse Wash it well and boil it if you believe there are insects in it 🤨) 2. Cut Paneer in small cubes 3. Soak Soya 4. In a vessel, in slow flame put 10gms ghee/butter and fry tomato . 5. Add Paneer and Soya .. Again fry it together putting salt , chilli, some basic masalas like coriander, black salt 6. Now put in Cauliflower , put some haldi and stirr it still continuing in low flame until it becomes brown in color ... And your fulfilling dish is ready . You can add all ingredients as per your macros . If you are in low carbs , this dish is awesome. Enjoy maadi ☺️
