**Smoothie** Ingredients list: Apple(100gms), flax seeds(25gms),carrot( 5 medium pieces), Spinach(100gms), beet root(25gms),one Lemon, mint leaves and black salt. Put all ingredients in grinder squeeze lemon in it, add one glass of water and pinch of black salt as per taste. Grind them all. Pour smoothie in the glass and add mint leaves for freshness. Enjoy fiber loaded smoothie in this hot summer. You can do experiments by modifying the ingredients if you want or as per recommended food in your plan. Thanks
