Ingredients: Soya chunks - 25 gm Besan - 20 gm Suji - 20 gm Method - Boil Soya Chunks strain it, remove the excess of water and blend - Mix above all, add onion, capsicum, carrots & spices of your choice & water. - Keep aside for 15 - 20 mins. It should be thick batter consistency. - Heat pan, add few drops of oil, pour batter & cook on low flame on both sides. - Enjoy with green chutney or curd Credit: Anshu Tanwani
