Ingredients: Whey - 1 Scoop Fresh Cream - 50 gm (25% low fat, Amul) Gelatin - 5 gm Water - 20 ml Method: Mix cream and whey in a bowl with 5-10 ml water at room temperature Heat 20 ml water it to boiling point separately Add 5 gm gelatin to this and mix until the liquid is clear Add this to whey and cream and cream mixture while it's hot Mix well Let it set at room temperature Chill the jello and enjoy! Vegetarian folks : Can use agar (the vegetarian gelatin) for the same. Variations: If you use vanilla whey you can add strawberries to it. If you use mango whey then you may add mango cubes to it. A cube or two of Lindt can be chopped and added as chocolate chips. Fresh coconut can be added if you use coconut whey. Well, count the macros if you add anything.
