Ingredients: Chicken – 150gm Ghee – 5gm Coriander seeds – 2 tsp Dried red chilli – 1 Ginger powder – 1 Tsp Garam masala – 1/2tsp Red chilli powder – 1/2tsp Coriander powder – 1/2tsp Salt to taste Little water Method: - Add ghee to a non-stick pan. Add the coriander seeds and the dried red chili and roast till fragrant. - Now add all the dry masalas. Mix everything and add the chicken with just a little water. - Cook the chicken both sides on medium heat (about 5 minutes). - Now add just a little more water and keep stirring as the water evaporates coating the all the spices on the chicken and the chicken is fully cooked. - Serve hot with coriander chutney or a squeeze of lemon.
