#Egg poha Easy recipe & Healthy breakfast High protein diet Ingredients 😋 👉 50gms of Poha(flattened rice) 👉8-10 peanuts 👉 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 👉 Chopped 1 green chillies, 1 onion 👉 1/2 lime juice. 👉5 eggs 👉 1 tbsp of oil/ 15gm of butter Direction 🧤 # Wash the beaten rice for 2 times and rinse throughly . put in a strainer.Heat little bit oil or butter in a pan. Roast the peanuts #In the same pan, heat more oil.When it is hot, put some curry leaves and slited chilies. Let them splutter.Then put onions and salt. Saute until it's little golden brown. #Put 5 eggs straight in the pan & scramble it. Season with turmeric and salt, if requires.Add the mixture of peanuts and cleaned poha. Mix well. # Lastly add some chopped coriander leaves. That's it.. Now it is ready to dish out. Serve with a dash of lime juice.
