Monchow Paneer Salad
Not much of a salad person!? Wait till you’ve tried warm salads. 🥗😋 . . Greenr Monchow Paneer Salad Calories: 383 Macros: F 31 C 8 P 18 Ingredients: 5 gms coconut oil 100 gms Paneer 150 gms Mixed Green Leafs (Used: Spinach, Rocket Leaves, Pok Choi, Broccoli) - Bring to boil in hot water for 5 mins Sauces: As per tastes, Soy sauce, red chilli, vinegar about 1 tbsp for each Tomato 100 gms Ginger, garlic, black pepper Roasted Noodles (optional for garnish) Method: Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and peppers and mix until a paste is formed, add mashed tomato and all condiments as per taste. Bring to a thick consistency and add paneer and stir fry all together. Add 150 ml boiled water and let simmer for 2 mins. Add the boiled green veggies to the pan and stir well. Pour in a bowl and garnish with fried noodles.
